An hourly chauffeur itinerary is useful when your day has several stops with the same party. A hotel departure, meetings and a final dinner address can be considered together when the route and timing are clear.

List Rome stops in the order you will visit

Start with the first pickup address and local collection time. Add every office, venue or other destination in travel order, followed by your intended final drop-off. Full addresses distinguish similarly named hotels and entrances.

Identify fixed meetings and admission times

Mark appointments, train departures and timed visits that cannot move. Explain which parts of the schedule are flexible. If you plan attraction visits, arrange tickets and guides separately and share the admission times in the transport request.

Choose a requested duration

The form offers several hourly durations. Select the one that best describes the day, then use the comments to explain the stops. The quote confirms the time, distance and waiting arrangements for the itinerary; the dropdown alone does not establish those terms.

Account for passengers and bags throughout the day

Include anyone joining or leaving en route, bags that stay with the vehicle and presentation equipment or larger items. Request child seats with the children’s ages and compare the seven vehicle classes before selecting a preference.

Add airport or station connections

If the itinerary includes Fiumicino, Ciampino, Roma Termini or Roma Tiburtina, include the flight or train details and show where the connection belongs in the schedule. Ask how extra time or a changed appointment would be handled before confirming.
